Meals

Here in Midreshet Yeud it is of extreme importance that our girls are provided with three whole nutritious meals.

Breakfast includes cereal and sandwiches of the girls' choice.

Lunch is a full meat meal, as is accepted in Israel, with choices of carbohydrates, protein, both meat and vegetarian, and lots of cooked and fresh vegetables to choose from.

Dinner is dairy, including soups in the winter.

Throughout the day fresh fruit is put out as snacks and there is a 24 hour coffee and tea stand for the girls comfort.
